For over 10 years CHPT has been a leader in building innovation and design in San Diego. We have built custom homes in some of San Diego’s most prestigious communities including Santaluz, The Covenant, The Bridges, The Farms, Cielo, Rancho Pacifica, and many others.
At CHPT we approach building from a holistic, comprehensive perspective. We work with our clients from idea inception to project completion and beyond. Our in-house designers collaborate with our clients to identify and execute a style and design custom tailored to them. In addition to building, CHPT handles all aspects of landscaping
and hardscape.
